We built Pace after years of seeing transformation programs stall between business ambition and delivery reality. Too often, projects were technically sound but failed to translate into sustained performance.

For over 15 years, I've partnered with mission-driven organisations in the Defence, National Security, and Government domains. My passion is guiding teams through their most complex challenges and turning bold strategy into practical, lasting action.
I thrive on tackling complex problems, embedding contemporary technology into operations, and crafting compelling narratives that rally everyone to a shared vision.
My approach is business-led, hands-on, and singularly focused on delivering tangible outcomes that truly make a difference.
SUNNY HUANG
I’ve spent my career working in the thick of complex commercial challenges across enterprise and government. My focus is simple: help teams cut through complexity, stay calm under pressure, and deliver results that matter.
As a commercial leader, I’ve led major programs shaping deals and frameworks that protect value and drive delivery performance. I’m hands-on and pragmatic, I’d rather be working alongside teams than sitting back with theory.
Whether it’s simplifying contracts or restoring delivery confidence, I bring discipline, clarity, and a relentless focus on outcomes. For me, good commercial discipline isn’t abstract, it’s what makes missions succeed.
